Question about SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player
My USB port does not recognize any device after I reformatted/reinstalled windows XP...
Go to Start --> Control Panel --> Printers & Other Hardware --> System --> Hardware --> Device Manager --> Universal Serial Bus Controllers - look to see if there are any yellow exclamation marks next to any of the USB ports. If so, right-click them and select Update Driver. Good luck!
