Internet Explorer doesn't load pages

To set Gmail as your homepage, follow the instructions mentioned on the links below:
Note: Before starting with the instructions below, open the respective browser and go to www.gmail.com

Setup Home Page (IE):
Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
Click the Tools in the Menu Bar
Click the Internet Options
Type https://www.google.com/ in the Home page box
Click Apply button
Close the IE
Open the IE

To add or change home pages in IE

1. On the Start screen, tap or click Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to a page that you'd like to set as a home page.
3. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings.
   (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)
4. Tap or click Options, and under Home pages, tap or click Customize.
5. Tap or click Add current site, edit the URL if you'd like, and then tap or click Add to make the site one of your home pages.

The next time you open a new browsing session, this site and any other sites you've set up as home pages will load automatically.

Are you using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox ?

To change the Default homepage in Internet Explorer,
Open Internet Explorer
Click on TOOLS option from menu bar on top
Click on INTERNET OPTIONS
In the General Tab - you will find the website/URL, Clear it and type your Century link website address and click Apply - Click OK

For Firefox
Click on TOOLS ( from menu bar
Click on OPTIONS
Click on GENERAL TAB on top
Choose the option - SHOW MY HOMEPAGE
and clear the website and type the Century link website address and click OK

Next time when you open Internet Explorer or Mozilla, You will find Century link website homepage open

Open Internet exploier: click Tools under General Tab, see the box for changing home page.

You should clear all your cookies from internet explorer.
Clear all history in internet explorer.
Delete temp files related to internet explorer.
You should reregister internet explorer files
start, run,
regsvr32 scrrun.dll‏

regsvr32 msxml.dll‏

regsvr32 mshtml.dll‏

regsvr32 shdocvw.dll‏

regsvr32 browseui.dll

regsvr32 msjava.dll‏

Just put http://www.google.com for the hoempage so you can now have it as your deafult home page...

Hello,
Go to control panel and open Internet Options. The first page that pops up will have a section that says Home Page. Type your home page that you want (e.g. http://www.google.com) and click APPLY and then click OK.
