Question about Gateway 450ROG Notebook
I have a mastercraft tale saw and stop working. No ideia what to do
I had the same problem and it was sawdust/dirt in the contacts in the rocker/off-on switch. If you haven't already, make sure you didn't blow a breaker, thrip the overload button or kick the plug out!
First, unplug the saw.
Unscrew the 4 screws from around the on-off switch as well as removing the retainer for the overload button , then take the switch cover off inside. You will need to pry the tabs out slightly to get the switch out- don't break them off. Be careful not to lose the contact plate when you take the back off. You don't need to unplug any wires to do this.
There may be some sawdust or gunk between the contact points. Blow the contact points clean and gently scrape off any gunk. When the switch is clean, replace the switch, cover and plug the saw back in. Hopefully that was the problem and you can finish that project you were working on...

Start with the basics:
Power at the wall?
Overheat/reset button on the motor?
