Question about Masterbuilt Master Barbecue 7 in 1 Smoker - M7P

Not enough screws to put smoker together

We won a Masterbuilt outdoor LP Gas smoker - grill- cooker as a door prize a while back, but didn't have a chance to put it together until now. The only screws in the box only covered putting the legs on, all other screws for the rest of the grill were missing. Can we get the rest of the screws so that we can get this good lookin grill all together.
Thanks, Ronald Comesana

Don't know if you've already solved this problem, but when we put ours together, we thought we had the same problem, that there were missing screws. After reading the directions more thoroughly, we learned that most of the screw-holes were "self-threaded", eliminating the need for the washers and nuts.

Does anyone know how I can obtain a manual for a Masterbuilt Turkey Fryer & Seafood Kettle combo cooker?

Here's a manual for one of the older models. They are all fairly similar. Note the cleverly hidden reset button in the handle, most Masterbuilt fryers have one and frequently it is the only thing wrong!

I purchased a used Masterbuilt veranda gas grill. The gas regulator fits a small propane tank. Is it possible to replace the regulator so it will fit a large sized propane tank?

Yes, it can be converted to accept a 20 Lb LP grill tan. Contact Masterbuilt Customer Service
1.800.489.1581 to obtain the new hose/regulator assembly.

Hope this helped you and Happy Grilling!

Recently purchased a Masterbuilt Vertical Gas Smokehouse LP Smoker #15888 from a Sears going out of business, they did not provide instructions on how to use

Are you certain of the Model Number you furnished? As it does not match any of the Masterbuilt Smokers (Electric, Charcoal or Gas) in my current, up to date, data base.

Please advise. Thanks.

We have a Big Easy oil-less turkey frier & it won't stay lit. It's 37 degrees out. Would that be an issue? When valves are open, can't hear gas coming through. We've only used the propane tank one...

Yes, the outdoor temperature and any wind could play a role in it. Check to be sure that there's enough gas in the tank, to sustain the burner flames. These cookers use a lot of gas. Also, check the air intake shutter valve (where the tank hose connects to the burner). It may need adjusting to get the proper mixture of gas to air ratio. Consult your Owners Manual for the proper setting.

Hope that helps. Please let me know.

I get alittle gas but not enough to light grill

The new style OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment
