    Hello Joyce,

Soap is on left side, goes into washer when being poured in, fabric softner and bleach on right side of the tray and should be dispensed at the proper time but no longer working, machine is 31/2 yrs old, not one tec will tell me a thing over the phone and sometimes its not worth fixing. Have a good day.

I have the same problem with my fabric softener dispenser. I even took the insert out, and cleaned the whole thing out with paper towels, but the reservoir does not empty during the wash cycle.

Bleach & Fabric softner tray not working.

Remove the drawer by pushing the tab at the top of the drawer and pull it out and check for an obstruction. They regualarly plug up with gummy fabric softenener. Try washing out with hot water and reinstall

Frigidaire Washer (CRTR9300AS0) the liquid bleach fabric softner containers are filled with water after each use. Now it appears that water is leaking from the bottom. Any idea what this could be

This could be a very simple fix, if it is indeed coming from the fabric softener area. It could be that there is simply a clamp that has come off the connection, and the supply line has came off as well, or has broken. There about 4 lines in the fabric dispenser area and if one has come off it will certainly leak. Also there is a hard plastic siphon that may have a pin hole in it. however this is unlikely. hope this helps.

Thanks

My HE washer doesn't dispense the fabric softner

Try removing the dispenser cup - and washing the inner cup thoroughly- run a sanitary cycle with whites and chlorine bleach mold and mildew likes to haunt these front loaders - be sure to run a bleach hot water cycle once weekly

FABRIC SOFTNER DOES NOT DISPENCE

Check to make sure the litle cups are set in place correctly and also make sure they are not blocked with hard fabric softner. A quick test: pour water directly into the fabric sofnter cup and fill it up,IF it siphons out, you will need a new inlet valve for that unit. The inlet valve has soliniods on it for the bleach & fabric softner.

Good Luck!

Fabric softner does not empty

I had a similar problem and removed the complete dispenser drawer and washed it in with hot water. The small inner cups for the fabric softener and bleach should be removed and the hot water directed into the small "stand pipes" on the back side of the covers. It appears the fluids in the cups are siphoned out and if the pipes are clogged at the bottom there will be no flow. Also is the plate is not fully seated, the siphon effect is will not work.
Also, my wife said she does not use the cheaper brands of fabric softener anymore because we think that might have caused some of the clogging.

As a side note, if you remove the top of the washer, there is an adjustable dial where you can fine tune the amount of liquid dispenced. You can try adjusting that too. I think my final fix was to clean the back side of the face plates inside the dispenser and ensure they are fully seated to allow the proper siphon effect.

Fabric Sofner won't dispense

hi there remove the soap drawer then remove the cover over the softener compartment you will more than likely find a blockage in the cover siphon or the down tube on the drawer
