We are using Procomm Plus Version 4.8 and on certain computers, we are unable to print screen shots. I have checked all the settings and matched them up with ones that worked, but to no success. We are using network printers and have assigned a default printer. I've checked all that I can think of. Any solutions out there?
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Depending on which email service you are using, I.E. Hotmail, you may only be getting a screen shot of the email. In other words it will only show exactly what your seeing on your screen if you simply right click and print. Hotmail has a little ACTIONS with a downward pointing arrow on the right side of your screen. Click that and select print and it will print the actual message instead of a screen shot of the message. I have to assume other email servers use similar techniques to print the actual emails instead of just screen shots. Hope this helps.
The drivers being use may be 32 Bit when 64Bit drivers are required or vis/versa. You need to go with Win 10 version that has all new drivers and security. Review all methods used to connect the wireless devices. Check the device drivers and make certain the updates are there and installed. Check connections, cables etc.
Microsoft Word Viewer is only a "Viewer" and is only able to view word documents.
Alternative actions such as editing is prohibited unless you buy the full version of Microsoft Word (comes in the Microsoft Office Suite).
You can find Microsoft Office here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ Good Luck!pdvdw
This can be a number of reasons, but first check to see if you printer is online. Attempt to print a test page. Instead of PrtScreen, highlight everything on the screen, right click, print and in the printer options print "selection". Try to reboot you computer, if everything in cue starts to print, it's operating system based, if it doesn't it's your printer perhaps. Too many variables to diagnose on a comment board. Possible solutions 1.check if you have the latest version of PC suite and it is Walkman version (not cyber-shot). 2.If you have the latest then try reinstalling the PC suite 3.go to start>help and support>search for "enable network">click the first result
see if your network is disabled....... 4.If enabled, right-click and select troubleshoot.
Sounds like a Procomm issue. Since I am not familiar with Procomm I can help you any further. But here is my analysis: All other application except for Procomm prints to tray 2. That is because all those applications use the setting as configured in your printer properties in Windows. What Procomm seems to be doing is trying to load a special paper from the manual feed tray, that is tray 1. You will have to check with in this Procomm application where you can change the printer properties so you can specify it to use tray 2 as the default. This is all within Procomm and has nothing to do with Windows nor your printer.
you need to go into control panel. remove or add programs. they will both be there. remove them. from there with wizard. then using the disk you have re install it. but first check if you up graded your windows package it may not be compatable. so check that first in window. microsoft will be able to tell you.
