Trying to reconnect an old thermostat. The wires on the thermostat are yellow, white and there is a jumper wire between two points. There is a G which I presume is ground. The wires coming in are white,...

G (green) = fan
w (White) = heat
y (yellow) = a/c
r (red) = power

Connect white to w terminal and red to r terminal on t-stat since we know they are right, then touch one green to red r terminal if fan starts that is G or (green). If a/c Outside unit starts then that one goes to y terminal on t-stat.

How do i conect the low volt wire ( the safty eye and the button wire)?

The terminals on the rear of the motor unit are both numbered and color coded. The white wire with the red stripe from the wall control goes to terminal 1. The solid white wire goes to terminal 2. The 2 white wires with the black stripe from the sensors go to terminal 3 and the 2 solid white wires go to terminal 2. You should end up with 1 wire on terminal 1, 3 wires on terminal 2 and 2 wires on terminal 3.

Are you sure you connected the wiring to the new board correctly? Terminal #1 should have a white wire with red tracer. Terminal #2 should have 3 solid white wires and terminal #3 should have 2 white wires with black tracer.

Wall mount not opening door. Looks like its not getting power.

You may have disturbed the wiring leading to the wall control. It connects to terminals 1 and 2 on the rear of the motor unit. The wires are color coded and must be connected correctly. The solid white wire goes to terminal 2 and the white wire with red tracing goes to terminal 1.

Garage door opener unresponsive.

You need to reset the limit settings. There are three white screws on the bottom of the opener with the cover off. You will need to take the bottom off the gear and sprocket assembly. Turn the middle screw to where the wings are most of the way up and move the trolley to the up position. Put the bottom of the gear and sprocket back on and adjust the two other screws ti make door open and close completely
