Question about Acer Aspire 5500 5570-2609 Laptop
I just purchased an acer 5515, and i took it home, plugged it in and let it charge. i then turned it on, but the screen did not turn on. the screen is totally black. i left it on for about 3 hrs to see if the screen will come on, but it doesn't. what can be done about this?
If it is a brand new machine, I think you should call Acer tech support, as it is covered under warranty. Sometimes people have the urge to take it apart to see what might be wrong, but in a machine covered by warranty, this would be a bad choice!
