Question about Pioneer AVIC-D2 In-dash Car Audio Stereo CD player with navigation and 6.5" video screen - Free UPS ... Car Video Player
We just installed a pioneer DEH-16 in our Jeep, and we can't figure out why the amp and subs aren't working. Do you have to turn them on by the cd player? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Jen.
Yes: You need to run the amplfier's remote turn-on to the accessory wire, the red wire of your cd player to the constant accessory 12 volts in the dash.
