Hi there, 1- Go to Fax Settings menu 2- Under Fax settings menu, look for Fax Receive Settings 3- Under Fax Fax Receive Settings, look for Paper Source 4- Under Paper Source You should find three options: Auto (default), tray <x> (the tray number you want it to print from), or manual feed. Change according to your preference. Hope it helps!

The currently selected paper type will be highlighted. • To change the paper type selection, touch the appropriate type key. • To change the paper size selection, touch the appropriate size key. • To change the displayed size selections to AB sizes, touch [AB ? INCH].
Message will appear asking you to check the paper in the tray.
Please print a configuration page from the control panel of the printer
- Menu > Information menu > print configuration.
- Check for paper handling details.
Following setting should reflect.
Tray 1: Any size / Any Type
Tray 2: A4 size / Plain Type
If the above settings are not reflecting in the configuration page, please change accordingly by browsing on the control panel of the printer to:
