Installed hallmark card studio 2011 upon launch keep recieving send error message to microsoft.

The installation must have gone wrong somewhere, Uninstall and install again.
If the program works anyway. Just disable the "Send Error Report" message:

To access the settings for the reporting feature:

  • Click Start.

  • Right-click My Computer, then click Properties.

  • Click the Advanced tab.

  • Click Error Reporting.

To configure the error reporting feature:

  • By default, error reporting is enabled. To disable it, click Disable error reporting. To continue to be notified when errors occur without being prompted to report the errors, click to select the But notify me when critical errors occur check box.

  • Specify whether you want to use error reporting for the Windows operating system, for programs, or for both Windows and programs.

  • To report errors only for selected programs, click Choose Programs, click All programs in this list, and then click the programs that you do not want to include.

  • To add a program that is not listed, click Add, type the name of the program, or click Browse to find the program on your computer.

Error: 0xC004D401 an unauthorized change was made to windows The security processor reported a system file mismatch error.

I suspect a program or driver for a hardware device was just installed prior to this error. Best thing to do is to use Windows Restore and use a restore point dated before the first occurance of the error. You may need to repeat this process choosing previous restore points until system is back to normal or you have run out of restore points.
Here's how:
Startup computer and go into safe mode (Press F5 key as computer is starting up but before you see the Windows logo screen).
Open your Windows Vista Start menu, select All Programs, select System Tools, and then choose System Restore.
Use the System Restore Wizard to choose a restore point/date that was created before the error started occurring on your Windows Vista computer.
Revert your system configuration to this same restore point.

If error still occurs and you had other restore points, you can repeat process with older restore points.

If you have gone back several points and still cannot, you may have not choice but to do a full Windows restore. This can result in a loss of data.

If you get to this point, re-post here for instructs on how to possibly save data before doing a full restore.

Hi,
Hope this might give you a rough idea..... i think there is a way in which we can make the program not to show any error when any error occurs in the program that we write...,
the code for that would be something similar to

.NET CODE
=========

"On error Resume Next"...

Hello There, I found this in their FAQ Guide. Hope this resolves your problems, I know it is a bit of a read. Good Luck!!

What is happening?

Double-clicking on a backup, portable company file, or a file with an extension other than .qbw, the following error occurs:
An error occurred when QuickBooks tried to create, open, or use the company file. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Intuit Technical Support and provide them with the following error codes: (-6150,-1006).
Or, if you attempt to double-click the data file without QuickBooks open, the following error occurs:
There was an unexpected error reported while trying to run QuickBooks with company file "path location". Error code 80070057.
Note: More than one error message that includes the error code 80070057 exists. If this is not the exact wording of your error message please refer to one of these other documents:
Error: 80070057 parameter is incorrect" when clicking on a QBB, QBM, QBW, NT, or TLG file from a Google Search Timeline
Error: 80070057 parameter is incorrect" when clicking on a QBB, QBM, NT, or TLG file from a Google Search Timeline
Error: 80070057, the parameter is incorrect. There was an unexpected error reported while trying to run QuickBooks with company file [path and name]
Error: 80070057 the parameter is incorrect" and "You do not have sufficient permissions to delete files...
If your Error 80070057 is different than the ones displayed, perform a new Search.

Why is this happening:
QuickBooks cannot read the company file because the QuickBooks file extension was changed or is the wrong type (.qbm, .qbb, .qbx).
This error can also occur during conversion or creation of a backup or portable company file if QuickBooks detects data damage in the company file.
This error may possibly occur if the QuickBooks installation is damaged.
This error can also be caused by attempting to open the portable company file (.qbm) without having QuickBooks open.

How to fix the problem:
Verify that the file extension displays company name.qbw and not a shortcut.
Copy the company file, change the extension to .qbm, .qbb, or .qbx, and follow the appropriate steps to open a portable file, backup, or accountant's review.
If the error occurs during the conversion or creation of a backup or portable company file, run the Verify utility to check the file for data damage. If it finds damage, run the Rebuild utility.
Repair the QuickBooks installation.
Uninstall, and then reinstall QuickBooks.

Error while unpacking program, code LP5.

I have the same problem "Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author"
Here is the Solution:
1. The number one solution is to disable or turn off your current anti virus for a while or every time you use that program showing "Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author." ,
  • then restart your computer,
  • open the program again which previously having error "Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author."
  • Then after using the program, you can enable or turn on the anti virus.
  • Note: If you will enable the anti virus, the error message to that program will show again; in that case, if you want to use that program again, disable the anti virus again for a while then restart your PC
  • I hope this help you very much. Thank you!
