Hi and welcome to FixYa,

To my understanding most 3 way fridge are manufactured by the same firm in China and marketed under different brand names. The design and electrical system are nearly identical. There would be a resettable circuit breaker and 2 fuses. Additionally they should operate on either gas, 12V or 240VAC but not on two system simultaneously. Of the 3 sources of energy, the 12VDC is the least efficient. At most this could only maintain the cold but not cool food items down, meaning the food items has to be cooled initially before placed in the fridge if the 12VDC is to be used continuously. The gas or 240 is more efficient. Since these designs do not use a compressor, there would be no mechanical/audible indicator that the electrical system really works. Additionally, there are no thermostats to control the temperature. Below is a typical wiring of some 3 way fridge.

I believe that it is best to run your acessories off of your 2nd battery with a seperate fuse box. When they say to run the fridge directly off the battery they mean not to take it through the normal wiring loom. I do not know what size wire they run to the rear plug but, being cynical, I would not expect it to be over large. Run a nice heavy cable, at least 6mm, to the rear and get a better plug/socket combination to replace the cigarette lighter type that is usually factory fitted. If you are not too okay with the electrical side get your auto elec involved. P.S. The better plug/sockets are readily available at caravan supply places.

Test the power outlet with another device, a lamp for example and see if the power is coming there.

Next check the wiring in the refigerator, the 12v side should definitely have a fuse.

Gas tank will not fill up on 2001 ford expedition

Gas as in gasoline or gas as in LPG gas? If its petrol, the fuel sender may be out of adjustment. (Usually means a new sender) If its LPG, the fuel stations are set to automatically shut off at 80% full. The gas tank will never actually be full to the brim but the gauge should be showing full if the gas nozzle keeps shutting off. Have a look on the LPG tank itself, they have a little gauge on them which shows how full it is. I have 2 tanks on my car , when "full" or when the pump shuts down, the tank gauges show just under full but the gauge on the cars dash shows full (2005 BA Ford)

I have acquired a finch b533g 3 way fridge but without instructions. Can anyone help with simple steps for 240v and 12v . The gas is covered by factory stickers. Thanks in advance

as this product is rather ancient, manual is difficult to obtain, i can suggest enquire in sports stores which still sell this product, manufacturer is obscure, but fridge itself is one of teh best and cheapest on the market! new one is sold for anything between $500 and $800. it was first manufactured over 25years ago... have friend which is still using it...

have short preview for it:

and i think this will be best manual for it:

Hi the other day i started the toyota up after finishing work it backfired now it wont run on lpg. It runs on petrol but wont on LPG any ideas would be great.

the fact that it runs on fuel means that the electronics of the vehicle are all operational. The problem is the fuel selection process for he LPG. The converter for the lpg is prone to corrosion and failures internally so I would suggest that you have an accredited Auito gas specialist look at the gas system

Lpg converted engine wont run using lpg without gasoline in tank

It is normal. All LPG converted engines start with gasoline. Then when they reach 2000 rpm move on LPG system.
If you want to start directly with LPG must call a professional to modify your installation.

please explain what the problem is in plain english as iam having trouble working out whats wrong ,i am assuming that vehicle has had LPG conversion fitted and now its a idle problem ,well on the intake side is a valve thats fitted for the LPG and this valve isnt letting enough air through its some sort of safety valve as i remember and what i do here is remove it and make a flap type valve from a coca cola can ,then it will work ok

Magna 3.5 on LPG Duel Fuel

LPG fueled vehicles are inherently "cold-natured" due to the temperature drop when the "liquid" gas under pressure reverts to gaseous state causing a frost build up around nozzles and jets. The only solutions are to start on pump gas until up to operating temperature and the switch fuels, or allow the engine to warm up to operating temperature on LP gas before driving, thus avoiding the stall point.
