Out of range set monitor to 1024 x 768 @75mherz

Your monitor probably does not support this frequency. 60 Hz is most likely correct for a monitor of this size and resolution.

Frequency out of range 11khz/ 119khz message

The PC is sending out the resolution that is too high for the monitor to handle, you need to set the resolution of the PC to be the native resolution of the monitor and set the refesh rate to be at 60Hz.

I have a computer monitor that has suddenly gone to a black screen with this note: "out of frequency range set resolution lower or see monitor instruction manual. How do I do this if the screen is black?

if you have a video card in your PC shut down, remove the card and this should do it, if you want to install the card again, shut down re-install card, and it should also work

AOC 771S monitor always appear "not support out of range even if i already set my resolution to lowest.

the lowest resolution is not always supported. by the range maybe referring to the frequency. change that, that should work. if you are not sure, look at your monitors manual, it will tell you resolution as well as frequency optimal settings

''out of frequency range'' on crt monitor

Go into your "Device Manager" in Windows and find out if your HDTV monitor is still installed. Delete the settings under the monitor tab and reboot the computer. With any luck the reboot will cause Windows to re-detect your current monitor and install the proper settings. A similar process may need to be followed with your video card driver as well. CAUTION: Make sure you have a disk or some means of installing a copy of your video card driver before you delete out the currently installed one.

Hope this helps!

Monitor displays Msg. frequency out of range, screen is black

Start your computer and press the F8 when the manufacturer's logo screen is showing. This will bring you to the Windows startup menu. Pick "start in VGA mode" and windows will start up with video settings you monitor can handle. Then you can change your video settings so Windows will start normally with your monitor.
