Landline phone constant busy signal

should you dial 9 or another access code for outside calls?

If if you dial an "outside" number on an intercom line it will look at the first 2-3 digits as another extension. You need to dial the Central Office access code, or use a line key assigned to an outside line.

Hi , i have a problem with my KX-T7730 : in brief , when i press the line access code which is the " 9 key" , it gives me wrong CO . so i want to change the program and set it to my desire CO...

So many options. Why are you dialing "9" for an outside line? You can just press a button assigned to the line you want.
Since a 7730 works on up to 18 different Pana systems, there's no telling what you have, but you can assign a specific line to a button, a group to a button, program the system to not pick vacant lines, or dial the direct line 8x or 8xx access code. There's an outside chance that ARS (automatic route selection) is enabled and the "9" doesn't even give you an outside line in the first place.

Which is yours?

This is a hard to describe problem, but from time to time our phone will not give us an outside line. However, when someone calls the number, the phone rings and then we have an outside line again - at...

The coils on your PBX need tuned. These coils need to be on a regular maintenance schedule
so that they are impedance-matched to the telephone company's equipment (their line cards).
The incoming call causes the telco's line card to try to adjust its impedance to your
PBX's out-of-tune coils, and you get access to outside lines for awhile, but the telco's line
card tends to return to the impedance specs that it "knows" is correct, and when that
happens, your PBX loses access to outside lines until you (or a customer) calls into the PBX
from an outside line.

I own a 13 yrs old Poulan 2350 chainsaw and need to replace the fuel line connecting the fuel filter (inside the tank) to the carburetor. The existing line has decayed and broken. My problem is one of...

If you have the saw I think you do, here is the deal. You have two hoses that go to the tank, one is a larger diameter than the other. The smaller diam. hose runs from the tank to the "inlet" side of the carburetor. (the fitting closest to the fuel pump cover, held on by one screw). This line rest in the bottom of the tank attached to a fuel filter. The larger diam. line attaches to the "tank" side of the primer or "outlet" side and sits in the tank about 1/4"-1/2", (there is generally a fitting on this end to prevent it from being pulled out of the hole). The third line, usually the same diam. as the fuel line, attaches to the primer "carb" fitting or "suction" side and attachs to the other fitting on the carb. The lines are best fed by cutting them at an angle on one end (approx. 2") and feed the angled end into the hole from the outside of the tank. Once you get about two inches inside the tank, reach in with a pair of needle nose and pull the hose the rest of the way. Sometimes you may need to remove the carburetor to gain access to the holes. Hope this helps.

How do I program a speed dial out side number on the buttons to the right?

What happens when you dial "9" on the intercom? If that gets you an outside line, then press PROGRAM, one of the buttons, and dial 9 plus your number and STORE.

Hmmm...Speed dial :-)

If you get a vacant line at "9", then you need to reprogram your 400 line access on your phone sytem to disable the vacant lines.

I can't access my co1 outside line on the KT-x7735

It could be a couple of things. First, press PROGRAM and the CO1 button. If it does not say CO-1, then dial 0 1 STORE and it will.

If it does, you probably altered system programming and that line is now restricted from the phone. That requires Installer system access to the programming from the phone connected to the first jack in the cabinet.

I have A GSL25IFRF bs side by side fridge with ice and wter dispenser on the outside and I am not sure how to connect it to work so I can get ice and water

On the back right side facing the refrigerator at the bottom is a connector for a quarter inch water line. Sometimes you have to loosen the back to access this. Hook your water line up here.

I NEED TO STORE NUMBER ON MY PANASONIC KX T7730

The mechanics of storing a speed dial number on Panasonic phones is the same, even if the phone can be connected to one of 18 different model Key Service Units. It involves pressing PROGRAM a button, an access code, the number, and STORE. In the U.S. our access code to get an outside line is "9". You may be using something different, like '0'.

The differences are if you can dial "9" on the intercom and get a dial tone, which collumn of buttons you press, and/or whether you want this to be PERSONAL numbers or SYSTEM numbers.

In a TA-824, lines are accessed high to low. If you have 2 lines on a basic system and dial "9" to get an outside line, you will land on line 3 if you have not told the system that line 3 is disabled (system program 400). So, the fast answer is press PROGRAM, a button on the right side, dial 9+your desired number and STORE. If it's a left side button, dial 29 instead of 9.

System speed dials requrie access to system program 001.

If this does not work on your system, please comment back with your actual system model number.

How do I forward calls to an outside number on a panasonic kx-ta824 system. what is the line access code

Line access codes are the codes you dial from the intercom to get an outside line. 9 works.

Call forwarding to an outside line has to be enabled in system programming either 2.1 in the maintenance console or option 607 in system programming. There's also a timer that allows the CO connection to be maintaned. By default it's 10 minutes.

Once you get the program set up, you can dial 7139xxx-xxx-xxxx#

Intertherm outside unit - s3ba-036k - does not run

Measure the voltage across the line. The outside unit normally runs on 220 Volts. Measuring each side of the line to ground will give 110 Volts. If your outside disconnect is of a fused type one fuse could be blown. If a fuse is blown on one side of the line you will read zero volts differential across the line.

Check the type of fuse used in the disconnect. Make sure the proper size time delay fuse is installed on both sides of the line at the disconnect.
