Hi Gracy

you just open your registry editor by pressing Win key + R.And then typing regedit. When the registry screen appears go to the edit tab in the menu bar and search using find  for rahul for all value, keys, data.

When it is found just delete the portion you want from the line.....

Yahoo home page

Windows 7 is not a web browser, it has nothing to do with your home page.
Installing crapware and letting it do its "default" installation, instead of you controlling a "custom" installation is changing your web browser's home page, and possibly installing more crapware automatically along the way.

How to Disable Google Instant Search Permanently in Firefox

Google state that this instant search feature saves time and effort when you come to search for something on the web.
If you're like me and many other people you will find this feature a pain in the backside when having to click on the right hand side to disable it everytime you open Firefox.
However there is a way to disable this feature permanently from the configuration page inside the browser itself.

Below I will show you how disable Instant search:

Open a new Firefox browser window and type About:Config in the address bar. Press the Enter key. (this is the bar at the top of the page which starts with http://)

Read the warning. Press the "I'll Be Careful, I Promise!" button.

Type Firefox in the blank field labeled Filter.

Double-click on the following entry to open a dialog box: general.useragent.extra.firefox.

Type www.google.com into the blank field. Click the OK button to close the dialog box.

Exit out of the browser window

Now when you open Firefox again you see that the Instant search is not there anymore and won't hinder your browsing experience.

Happy browsing !!!!

Can't open my e-mail at comcast.net

Try this: sign on to the home page at http://www.comcast.net

Then in the browser address bar enter mailcenter.comcast.net then click on Go or hit Enter. If the web mail page opens this almost certainly indicates a pop up blocker was preventing the web mail page from opening when you clicked on the email button.

You should be able to configure the pop up blocker to allow all comcast.net web pages.

In firefox, my default search engine was google, but now when I click on home or try to search, in the new tab, searches are done by icq search instead of google search

My Solution :
- Open Firefox
- At Menu Bar go to Tools
- At first look if in the first box is "Show my home page" (If it is not , select it )
- Now in the next box write : Google.com

Rahul the hacker is always in my web page pls save.........

  1. Follow these malware removal protocols (at least first 4 steps) to scan your system and remove malware it finds. Then update the system at Windows Update.
  2. Run Chkdsk to look for file corruption. (instructions here and here) (See the results in winlogon entry in event viewer after it runs.)
  3. Make sure you have installed and are using an up to date AV program. (For free AV, see Avira or Avast)
  4. Make sure Windows Defender is installed and running on your system.
  5. Update your web browser to IE 8.
  6. Do some maintenance by following this article and/or this article.
  7. Finally, depending on the degree to which your system has been compromised, see this article and the links within it and make a judgement about whether you'll need to consider a reinstall of the OS.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Can't see language bar

First try this: Right click your mouse while aiming it at the lower right of the task bar, but not inside the notification window (where the icons appear in the right of your task bar). You should see a menu titled Toolbars. Click on this and put a check mark next to the Language Bar heading. The language bar should pop up instantly next to the notification area.

If that doesn't work, do the following:
Open the Start menu, and go to control panel. If you haven't already selected it, choose use classis menu, then choose regional and language options and click on this to open.
You should now see a window that is titles REgional and Language options, and has a box at the top with Text services and input languages. Click on the Details button. This will open another window on your desktop, titled "Text Services and Input Languages" At the bottom of this window is a button titled "Language Bar". Click on this button to open the Language Bar Settings, and select your preference. It's possible you may have to reboot your system to get the language bar to update. If so, just trigger a restart when you go to shut down. The language bar will appear at the lower right of your task bar
