Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

How do you add songs to Sansa e250? I did something wrong...

First, I connected my Sansa and the wire and then plugged it in the laptop. A window popped up and it said something like "What do you want to do with this device?" I accidently checked the little box that said "always use this for this device." Then, I clicked on the stuff that lets you see all of the files of the Sansa. I deleted all of my songs, and I checked my Sansa. All of the songs were gone. I unplugged it and then plugged it in again. The window "What do you want to do with this device?" wasn't there anymore! It went to the window with the files! I wanted to add songs! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!! PLEASE!!! I feel so sad right now. :(

Copy the music's that you want then paste in the window with the files.(the music that you want to copy to the mp3 must be at mp3 format , if the music is not on that format use this converter http://superdownloads.uol.com.br/download/100/free-wma-to-mp3-converter/ )

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Cannot delete the songs on mp3

I do mine through Windows Media Player
1)Plug in Sansa
2)Open up Windows Media Player and wait for the Sansa e250 icon to show up under the library. First time, might say 'What device is this' or 'Autoplay'-for autoplay, you click 'sync media files to Sansa e250 using WIndows Media Player'
3)When library shows, click 'Sync' if it is not already there.
4)Just simply click and drag the songs you want from the computer library to the list pane on the side.
5)Once your done, click 'Sart sync'

TO DELETE
1)Plug in
2)Wait for the icon under Library in WIndows Media Player
3)Go to Songs under Sansa e250
4)Right click desired songs and choose Delete. You only want to delete from Sansa e250-nothing else

Deleting files from Sansa e250

The only way I know to delete music files or voice or FM recordings, is straight from the User's manual on the CD: 1. Set the e250 to MSC mode. 2. Plug it in to your computer with the USB connector. 3. Open the Sansa e250 drive in My Computer and browse to the MUSIC folder (or RECORD folder)and delete the files there. (That's where you also add music files, by dragging from other explorer windows.) To delete (or add) photo and video files, you have to use the Media Converter, which you install from the disk that came with the e250.
