Question about Insignia Bluetooth Wireless Headphones with USB Bluetooth Adapter
I have a NS-BTHDP. The computer pairs with the headphones and I can see that it is connected with the computer. But when I try to play music it still pays on the skeakers on my computer? How can I get it to play on the headphones itself?
What software are you using to pair the headphones? Are you using the software from the CD that came with the headset? Or are you using Windows built-in software?
If you are using Windows' software, then you need to download the correct driver from the link below. Although the Windows software will pair with any bluetooth device, it does not support audio.
If you are using the CD that came with the headset, try uninstalling then re-installing.
