Question about Apple iPod nano 2nd Generation MP3 Player
I turn my ipod on like normal, and every time i go to even touch the click wheel it makes the noise it does when you are scrolling through songs, even though I'm not. Even when it's on and i'm not touching the wheel, it clicks. The only time it doesn't is when i lock it with the hold button. I've tried to restore it, reinstall itunes, updates, everything. Please help me quick! I need to fix it before a 6 hour car ride on Saturday!
You need a new Ipod. Or to send your currently damaged ipod into apple to be repaired. You have a hard ware issue with the turn wheel. I figure you have probably already figured this out but i'd tell you any ways.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
