I have this tv.
pull it out and start undoing the screws towards the bottom half of the tv around the back, get the speaker grille off and then in there is your access cover for your bulbs. theres three of them red blue green. the bulb assemblies and circuit boards are integrated 3 bulbs -three separate assemblies. you will probably have to turn the tv back on when its disassembled to see which bulb went.
are you still having this prob? i am having a similar prob with the same brand of tv. if you had yours fixed please help me with mine.
i think it is the convergence ic. i need three ic but the distributer will nit sell no less than ten of them. if you or anyone need any of those ic i could let you some for the same unit price i bought them. posted 09/02/2009
Go to menu then setup look for convergence if it is missing on menu then you have a open FUSE/ FL231, But if you have convergence on menu then go into service mode turnTV off then PRESS and hold at same time ch- and vol- wait for set to come on then release TV should now be in Factory settings.
