A piece of crownmolding about 5' long fell in the back of the tv i believe it's the cause of my problem, other thing my kids play their videos games, but when i turn the tv on again the image is out off focus, i used to fix it with the auto converge feature but now is not in the menu anymore, can't find it anywhere on the menu
Your convergency ics are dead!!!! They can be replaced buy anybody who has the right tools and no-how, I live in Surrey BC and I have fixed 5 tv"s with the same problem myself !!
