Question about Pantech Duo Smartphone
I took the Pantech phone to China and used there. After I came back, my phone unable to connected to AT&T 3G networks. Spoke with at&t and the give me no solution. I also tried Master reset the unit under the security, but nothing works.
Any help with be appreciated
If the phone is not 3 or 4 band gsm it will not work the US, the EU and Asia all use 2 bands each. Look up the documentation that came with the phone to find out the radio frequencies supported by the device, and look up here for info on which frequencies are supported in different countries
Hope this will help

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
