You need to download the updated printer driver for Windows 7, it will not work if you do not have this installed. You can follow this link and download the drivers

Hi,
After download the firmware from Xerox.com website. Access the device via Http. To do that:

1. Open a web browser
2. Type the printer ip address into the Address bar
3. Navigate to the PRINT tab
4. From the left menu select File Download
5. Browse to the file you download previously

Before upgrade I advise to print a configuration page for backup. If you have any doubts just let me know.

Primero , apaga el sistema y desconecta la energia
Luego hay que desconectar la bateria interna que esta debajo del panel por un momento , conectas la energia sin conectar la bateria , si todo esta bien vuelves a conectar la bateria y ya no te dara mas problemas.

You just select 2-sided printing in the print dialog box. I think it's on the finishing tab. I'm assuming you aren't trying to print on 2nd side of pre-printed stock. That would be a different issue.

Try the link below. If the toner is leaking from the cartridge return it to shop were you got it if it is damaged.

I would try changing the driver you are using. There are multiple drivers and it really sounds like that will resolve your problem.
For the drivers go to Xerox.com.
on the tool bar select Support and Drivers.
Then enter your printer number, being phaser enter phaser 7300 in the search .
Select your operating system and there will be PS and PCL drivers.
I am 99.9 percent sure the issue is in the driver.
