Question about Philips 60PP9202 60" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
The tv started with a big hump on the bottom left side and the color started going out. I unplugged it overnight and that fixed it. turned it off again and it came back bigger than it was and now wont go away. the picture distorts around the hump and the color is shot. everything is pink or just plain faded out. thanks for any help you can give me.
Your convergence Ic's have gone bad. Most likely a few small resistors with them. It's really not a job you should try and takle if you haven't done it before. Not a major deal for a svc co.
