You may have to lift the lid and rebalance the wet clothes inside
make sure that the machine is level and the bowl supports or in good condition as an off level bowl will go to unbalance on start of spin
'de' does stand for Door Error. There is likely to be a problem with either the lid/door solenoid/lock or the 'lid/door closed' sensor becoming apparent with the extra movement of washing requiring a service engineer's attention I suggest ;-0(

yo creo que no puede ser el control puesto que no guarda memoria de los siclos me parece mas bien que pudo ser que se desmonto o se desgasto alguna piesa interna del mecanismo de la lavadora por el uso execivo al que fue expuesta para el experimento
if unit is stoppin in rinse cycle and not advancing into drain/spin mode. you lift the lid and its stalled full of water??? clos the lid again and listen for a slight "clicking" noise, chances are you lid switch has gone bad, and the machine does not recognize the door being closed, and for safety reasons will not drain/ and or spin..very common issue!
It sounds like the lid lock is either stuck or broken,You will need to lift the top hob by removing the two plastic lugs where the lid rests & removeing the screws it will then lift up and you will be able to remove the lock to inspect it,Also you can remove the lid in the up position by pulling vertically to make it a bit easier,Hope this helps Cheers.
are you sure it spins? usually something is in the pump like a sock. You could remove the front and take the hose off the pump to see if its clear. It also sounds like it could be the lid switch. if you have to close it make sure you hear a clicking noise from the lid switch.
lid flashes when the following conditions occur:
➔ User presses START with lid open.
➔ User presses START after 2 consecutive machine cycles
without opening lid.
➔ The machine/motor control cannot detect the lid switch
opening and closing properly.
you having an issue withthe lid switch not activating, either a bad lid switch, or the "arm that hits it simply not making connection and needs adjusting.. chances are you cant hear a "clicking" noise when the lid is lifted and lowered... if this is the case its a lid switch issue... for safety reasons, the machine is not recognising the door closed so wont enter a spin cycle. will hawever wash and fill
sounds like a bad lid switch, agitates but doenst advance to rinse, remains full of water?? if so lift the lid up and downa few times hear a "clicking" noise??machine doesnt think lid is closed so for safety reasnos wont spin/drain replace the door latch part number3949247
