Question about Creative Labs Creative Technology Zen MP3 Player
I plugged it to my computer last night to charge the batteries, and when I unplugged it this morning it wouldn't turn on. The computer has stayed on the whole night.
I tried plugging it to the computer again, but nothing happened.
Use the reset button located on the left side. Worked for me!

On either side of the mp3 player, there's a little reset button on the side. Press the button with the tip of a pen. Then try powering it on again. Hope it works.

If using the reset button doesn't work, you have to start in Safe Mode. Keep the reset button held in, hold the Play/Pause button in, then turn it on. It's a bit fiddly but it willcome on in safe mode. Choosing reboot is normally enough to kick the little **** back in to life. I had this trouble three hours after I bought mine and couldn't take it back because it was in limited edition colours and the last model in the shop. It took another hour to find this procedure buried away in the manual.
