Re: Facing Problem in Internet Explorer
First make sure you have the most updated version (internet explorer 8) to check this, open internet explorer and click on the "help" button and from the drop down menu, click on "about internet explorer" it should show the name in big letters "internet explorer..." so ya. if you do have the current version, then try uninstalling it (start>control panel>add remove programs) and then reinstall it from the website here so assuming that you have done that, if it still doesn't work, i would recommend using a different internet browser, i personally love mozilla firefox (download here), but google chrome (download here) works well also...hope this helps.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

If your laptop is hanging while you are working, press this combination keys: Ctrl Alt Del. If you are using windows XP, it should automatically take you to task manager. But if you are using windows vista or windows 7, it would show you options, of which you are to select 'task manager'. End the tasks the are not responding by right clickin it and selecting 'end task'. If that task still refuses to end, still in the task master pane, go to 'processes'. Select the processs running the nonresponsive task. Eg, if internet explorer is the non responsive task, the process would be 'explorer.exe'. End that process.
If it stil doesnt work, then select 'end all processes', and restart the system. Hope this was helpful? Success.
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

If you close all visible windows, but still get an error message
when trying to reset, you might have programs running that are not visible.
Restart Windows, open Internet Explorer, and
try resetting again.
To back up your home page or home page set before resetting
Internet Explorer defaults, see Back up your
home page or home page tabs.
If any of the categories fail to reset, it is because Internet
Explorer could not access a file or registry setting. This can be caused by
insufficient security privileges, files or settings being used by another
program, or low memory or high CPU usage. You can either continue to use
Internet Explorer without restoring these settings, or restart your computer and
try to reset again.
If you are using Internet Explorer on a server and have turned off
Enhanced Security Configuration or hardening (stronger security settings for use
on servers), reset will go to client-level security. You must reinstall
hardening if you want the increased security level. For more information on
Enhanced Security Configuration, see Enhanced Security
Configuration for Internet Explorer online.

I would like to inform you that, Adobe flash payer is not compactable with 64 bit Operating system. However, in 64 bit operating system you will get the 32bit and 64 bit internet explorer. Hence, I request you to use the 32 bit internet explorer and it will resolve the issue.
To use the 32bit and 64 bit operating system I request you to follow the below steps :
There are actually two shortcuts for Internet Explorer in the "All Programs" menu. Why two and what's the difference?
Here's the title of each and the exe's they run:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
Internet Explorer (64-bit)
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
The first one runs IE from the "Program Files (x86)" folder, this is the 32-bit version. The second one is the 64-bit version.
First of all, if you are using Internet Explorer, reset the settings to default. The easiest way for that is : open Internet Explorer, choose tools > internet settings > advancedsettings > click on the reset button and click one the restore button. After that restart Internet Explorer and try connecting to the internet. In case you still have the problem, don't hesitate to post.
