This error code is a fuser problem and maybe in my experience a morning problem.
Try to clear the error the error with this procedure:
Hold down utility counter for 3 seconds and in the screen will appear a trouble reset, then touch it and turn off and on the main, it will clear the error code.
If it does not see if you have fuser problems with the termisotrs and also check the power.

press the "stop" button at the panel and turn the machine on, dont leave the button until it resets the code........... best of luck

1.leave the machine on and open the front door
2. locate a small rectangular hole inside the front dooron the bottom right side corner
3. insert a small object such as a small ball point pen to actuate a switch that resets the error code the screen will indicate door open when the error is reset.this is a fuser error code so if the error keeps coming back the fuser will have to be replaced

C03FF, is the improper or unmatched model setting code. go to "service mode" In service mode please select "ADJUST"
in "ADJUST" please select "Model Setting" in "Model Setting" select the cpm, (Copy speed) of your machine, for example if you have bizhub 210, then select "21" from the list. if you have bizhub 163 then select "16" from the list and press "yes" button. code will remove.
