Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I purchased a Philips television from Walmart. One day, I went to turn it on, and there was nothing, no sound, no picture. I have contacted our cable company, and even picked up a new converter box, but still nothing. I have the extended warranty. How do I file a claim? Or can I simply return the TV to Walmart for an exchange? I have all the paper work, including the original receipt.
Walmart has a 30 day exchange policy on tv's - take it back and they will give you another one -

You can return it to Walmart with your receipt, they should have the warranty on file. No hassle should come of this.
