Question about Electrolux Dishwashers

Blocked dishwasher drain

The drain of our dishwasher is blocked and we have tried various chemical and mechanical unblockers. The instructions say the cyphon needs unblocking but we don't know how to do this.

First can you hear the drain pump running when the machine goes into drain cycle?
If you can then what you can do is pull the dishwasher forward and locate where the drain pipe (cyphon) is connected on the back of the machine, this is normally connected to a short plastic tube via a hose clamp.Loosen this and remove the pipe shove a hose down it and clear, replace and test it should work.Just a few pionters when a unit is not draining, first check in the botoom inside of the machine there is a filter remove and ensure this free from obstuction, also while the filter is of visually and with your hand feel for any obstruction in the machine where the filter goes.
Give this a try and let me know if this helped if it does not we can go to the next step.

Hello to my dishwasher got inside small screw and stop works, error i20 appear how can I remove it

As you realized, it is a small bolt blocked drain pump and therefore it is necessary to dismantle the drain pump and remove the bolt. You may need to replace it if is broken impeller. Access to drain pump is possible in two ways. From below and from the front side under the door of dishwasher. Be sure to disconnect the power supply voltage. Look the pictures.

pull the bottom tray out, in the back portion of the center of the dish washer there is a plastic screen looking thing, you will need to take a 1/4 inch nut driver and take out the screw pull off the cover and clean out the drain,, there is probly some food particals in there , it does havea small blade inside there to help sut up fine food that gets thru but it doesn't do it all the time ,, make sure you put the cover back on before runnig the unit
