depends what audio outputs you have on the sky box, analogue (two phono usually red for right channel and white left channel)in which case just use phono leads to the phono inputs,Optical(toslink),connect an optical cable from the output to the optical input on the dvd channel of the pioneer, coaxial (spdif)connect to spdif input on the laser disk input of the pioneer, dont connect to the attenuated spdif. In the unlikeley event of the sky box not having any audio outputs, just use the outputs from the tv to the pioneer. The optical digital input gives the best quality on the vsa eo6

Unplug the power then hold the power button down and plug the unit in again to reset it. If not this is probably a component fault.

I have Acrua TLS 2003 the VSA Light is on what does that mean

VSA is vehicle stability assist. I don't know whether light indicates vsa is on or faulty.

How can I get my honda accord VSA dashboard light to go off.The button makes no differencce.Have MOT SOON !

I believe the VSA stands for Vehicle Stability Assist. You need to have the system diagnosed and then repair the affected part(s). The system will only clear and the light go off if the system does not have a fault upon initial power up.

How do I fix my home audio pioneer amplifier from blowing the 6.3Amp fuse

If it does blows off fuse; as soon as it is switched ON; either its mains rectifier section circuit; or its audio output section circuit will have any kind of short circuit. Contact any service technician. Your set need a though check-up. Never insert a fuse, and check further; till the fault has been rectified. It might make things worse.

Kenmore dishwasher error e06

the error is linked to the float switch at the base of the dishwasher. Without model number and some description of the condition of the dishwasher leading to the fault code would be helpful.
in the meantime see this site and this too.

Boss br 900cd! pls help

If it does not power up, it is likely going to be a faulty or severly dirty switch contact or a failed capacitor in the power supply. A shot of contact cleaner is usually enough to rectify the first issue, The second issue you need to locate the part at fault and replace it.

Hello, I have an old Pioneer VSA-1000 home theatre

I have a Pioneer VSA-1000 with what sounds like the exact same problem. It is the world wide model with multi-voltage selectors.

I bought a schematic a couple years ago that I found at www.servicemanuals.net. Cost USD $21 at the time.

Calibration: low volume, power of all channels is decreased I have the following setup: AV Receiver: Pioneer VSX-1015 Front: 2 x Infinity Alpha 40 Center: 1 x Infinity Alpha Center Surround: 2 x Infinity Alpha 30 Surround back: 2 x Infinity Alpha 20 Subwoofer: 1 x Harman Kardon HKTS200SUB Receiver is new, speakers are used but in good condition, subwoofer is new. ---------- I followed the calibration proces with the microphone. Sound: excelent quality of sound. Never heard anything like this. Good bass, pure and lifelike sounds. Plays loud enough to bother the neighbours. Much bass from the speakers while subwoofer only produces a little bit of ultralow, feelable but not hearable vibrations. ----------- So far so good. Although the sound volume is loud enough for me, it really doesn't reach te output power as pioneer subscribes. In order to play loud I have to turn the volume to almost max. Compared to an old sony receiver (5 x 100 watt rms at 8 ohms 0.07%), the outputted power seems to be much lower. I reach te same (feeling of) power when I turn the pioneer to 80% volume where the old sony reaches that feeling yet at 20% volume. ----------- I noticed that the calibration process decreased the output level of all speakers. With the subwoofer on max (button on the subwoofer itself), I get the following levels: front: -8.0 db / -9.0 db center: -5.5 db surround: -8.5 / -9.0 db surround back: -7.5 db / -7.0 db subwoofer: -10.0 db (MAX decrement!!) All speakers are auto rated as LARGE as they all can deliver good bass. The equaliser has decreased the low frequenties of all speakers and increased the high frequenties. ---------- I tried to manualy increase the output level of the channels. Outputted power increases a lot but doesn't much good for sound quality. I also tried the calibration proces with the sub at half power. Now the sub level is only decreased by 2.5 db and allother speakers are decreased with 2 db less, so a little bit less decrement but stil decreased. ---------- question I have read that increasing the power times 2, puts an extra 3 db to the sound pressure. Watching the heavily decreased db levels on each channel, sounds to me that the receiver works at relatively low power. 7 x 35 watt or whatever... ? Can it be that the subwoofer is too large for this system as it is decremented with the max 10 db? That the system cannot decrease the subwoofer any further so it is going to decrease the speakers? But if that is the case, wouldn't it be more logic that the speakers are incremented and the sub is decremented in level? What about the sound quality? Can it be that the pioneer receiver also measures distortion of the sound? The room where the speakers are in is a small room (20 square meter). Can it be that the receiver decrements all levels in order to reach the highest sound quality? --------- The reason I want to know is because I want to understand the calibration. I am fully satisfied by the sound quality but knowing there might be more in it, is not a good feeling ;-) Thanks a lot!!
