I think you have problem with you setup package.if you tried to install through cd or dvd then first clean it with clean cloth and try to install . If this error again appears then contact adobe company with activation code or you details . Then they will provide new product
Try deleting all the files from the Photoshop folder in the Adobe folder in Program Files. Then download a free program called ncleaner. just type ncleaner into google. after you install it, run it and press the Clean System button, then Clean Now. Just click yes when it asks you. Then click back to the main screen, and click find junk. that should get rid of any leftover files from the photoshop install. chris
