I have an older model Visor but can't find any instructions on how to key in for finance functions

Can I use Palm OS 4.0 on the Platinum even though Handspring doesn't
"officially" support it and then use the new X conduit for Entourage?
Has anyone tried this? ORdo I have to wait to see if Handspring
will support Palm OS 4.0 before I can use Entourage X for syncing.
If this solution doesn't work, what can I do with my Platinum and OS
X? Am I stuck now with old hardware in the Platinum that won't work
with X?

Last I knew, Handsprings were not compatible with Palm Desktop 4,
specifically the version of Hotsync Manager included with it. Has this been
rectified yet? If not, there is no sense in trying to troubleshoot your
problem until you have known compatible hardware and software.

Threw caution to the wind and installed Palm OS 4.0 and the Entourage
X conduit. Seems to work just fine if I select "DO NOTHING". Says
the Entourage sync went well. If I choose Entourage overwrites
handheld, I get this error message after a short while: An unknown
error #268461072 occurred synchronization failed
Lost the connection with the handheld device.
Any clues as to why this is happening? I rebuilt my db after
importing from Entourage 2001
