If you mean you want to increase the on-baord's video memory in BIOS, so it's written in the user manual (the link is below)
http://www.mercury-pc.com/download/uploaded/drivers/P4VM800M7-v1.0-manual.pdf
lt's on the page 34. "Share Memory Size"
This item lets you allocate a portion of the main memory for the
onbaord VGA display application with these options of 64/32/16/8
MB.

Sorry, you cannot. If you are using the onboard videocard, by increasing the total amount of RAM, the motherboard should allocate more to your onboard videocard, but this won't really make a difference. I suggest buying a video card to add to the computer, as the performance will be at least 10x as fast with any video card. Video memory is very rarely a performance 'bottleneck'. It's usually the strength of the GPU (Video card's CPU)

Sir a problem in my mercury p4vm800m7 board just a buzer sound coming and processor fand running

The buzzer indicates a memory problem. Disconnect all disks, take out the memory and clean its contacts with an eraser, put it back in and try again. If it fails try another memory module. If it fails again then the board has died, time for a new one.

VGA Drivers for Mercury p4vm800m7

Hi,

If it, the video adapter, is a standard type of intel chip, you can usually find drivers on the intel site.

Beyond that, you may first need to identify the video chip on your motherboard and then go from there....
