Hi the answer is simple you need to go to the manufacturers website and download the webcam driver and reinstall it... Simply look for your exact make and model, plus the operating system you have, like XP Vista Win 7 and download the according driver, install restart all should be good.
Hello the problem is that there are no sound card drivers included that work with your machine, if you could post the serial number or the EXACT model number of your machine from the bottom label I'll check if drivers are available.
did you install the drivers for the webcam ? find out the model of the webacm, go to the manufacturer website (search via www.google.com), go to the site of that manufacturer support & download section and locate the webcam model there , download the driver for Windows XP

if you have installed vista and change it to xp, you should first delete or reformat your current OS (Operating System) which I believe is the ur vista.
-insert your xp disk then press F8
-click format or delete files ( i don't know the exact message that will appear on the screen)
-then install windows XP (just follow the instruction that you will see on the screen)
