First remove all the piping attached to the unit, remove the whole white box sitting behind the toilet, is only 1 screw holding it to the back of the toilet, then you can remove the 2 screws on top of the lid, pry open the lid using a flat head screwdriver, there is a lid seal in between the lid seal and the pump casing, the lid seal may be kinked or defective which could be the reason why is leaking. You can remove it and re-attach it to make sure is sitting properly. You can also contact Saniflo to order parts.

Look at the top lid front the seem between the lid and the dryer base. Insert a putty knife on the left edge and push. This will pop a latch. Then the right side. The lid should lift up. You will see two 5/16 screws holding the front on. Remove the front access panel. There is the drum motor and belt.http://www.on-timeappliance.com/dryerrepair.html

You must remove the lid to gain access to the blades. Make sure you unplug the unit first. When reinstalling the lid place a little soap water around the gasket to help with the seal. thanks for using FIXYA. Jeff

depending on how old it is....isolate power, remove discharge elbow, with flat head screwdriver GENTLY ease lid up and away from the securing lugs at each end. To refit... rubber seal fits to lid and using a rubber mallet gently hammer the lid back on to the tank.

Soak it in descaler and cold water for 24hrs then try again (may take 3-4 attempts) or remove pump/motor from the tank, find oval black rubber membrane, should be able to hear click of switch underneath when membrane is pressed, new membrane required if it is not flexable.
