PLEASE SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT THE ERROR CODE 09,008,43:10249 ABOUT
What that normally means is you have one or more ink stucks not sliding down the ink loader properly.
Check to see if you have one or more ink sticks not moving freely in the loader. That is what that code means.
Here is the manual information.
CAUTION: Do not force an Ink Stick down the loading bin.
