Hotpoint fridge freezer / howdens kitchen - no instructions!!
Received howdens kitchen and a new integrated hotpoint fridge freezer HMB312I or HMB312AAI either way its a 70/30 fridge freezer with no instructions on how to attach the door. There are lots of fixtures and fittings but no instructions! has anybody got any ?
Luckily the hotpoint helpdesk admitted that the instructions for hanging the kitchen doors does not come as part of the standard instructions. There should be a seperate piece of paper with these instructions.
After some to'ing and fro'ing they managed to email me the required diagram.

To be honest if you have to ask how to fix your Fridge Freezer, you are not qualified to do it and messing about with something that involves heaters, water, ice and electricity is not advised. I recommend calling a professional out.
This appears to be a temperature sensor which has failed or is outside of tolerance. It will be seen in the manual and is attached directly to the coil. The bus it is connected to will have two wires running to it. In order to read the sensor . A digital multi -meter is necessary to read the DC voltage. The tolerances are in the repair manual.
Me too, I have a Hotpoint Iced Diamond Under counter fridge that needs a new seal and i also cant see any fixings to remove it. I did read somewhere that you can't replace them you need to buy a complete new door.
beneath the freezer usualy installed timer and a fan look for a hidden screw on the sides...check the fan bushing f its lose or has a clearance change it f not check for the timer if its busted...replace.. becareful...electric shock can kill
Hi Gareth. I fitted a door to my Hotpoint hsz2321L today. I used self tapping screws through the brackets into the fridge door sides. Looking at the old fridge that came out showed that this was the method used previously. No seal is broken and so the fridge is working perfectly. I do have an issue re-fitting the door onto the new fridge though. The pivot hinge on my fridge doesnt give enough clearance and so it catches on the unit at the side of it. The old fridge (a Bosch) cad cabinet hinges that would sort of concertina out to give clearence. Anyway, good luck.
