Does the Wireless G Plus MIMO work with a Cable ISP?

Are you trying to set up router ?

Make sure that your computer is able to go online directly through the modem.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem, that means the modem is working fine.
You will need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.

So if you connect the computer directly to the modem , it works .
That means your modem is working properly. Your ISP is DSL connection. Now connect the modem to the router and the computer to the router. Open the router xet up page and change the settings of the router according to the type of connection you have.
There are 2 types of connection in DSL.
DHCP and PPPOE .

• this problem can be ISP releted they may have some issues on the ADSL line connection
  

You need to first plug the DSL modem into the router. log on to the router. Configure the router byusing the user name and password as supplied by your dsl provider. once the router connects to your dsl provider, you should be able to connect your playstation to the wireless network.

If you switched ISP then you have tor reconfigure your router according to the settings of your new ISP.

To get an ip address from your router you have to setup the router from http://192.168.1.1
You should already have an ip address setup though.
You need to contact your DSL/cable provider and get access to their website to setup your account information to access the internet. Then you have to setup your wireless connection if you are needing to do so, let me know.

If you're connected to the router with excellent stregth then the problem most likly lies in the routers connection to the internet. Check your DSL, Cable modem and make sure the connection to the "Internet" port on your router is good. Try switching out the Ethernet cable if nessciary.

Well, any type of streaming video will need a good amount of bandwith to transfer without interuption. If you were, for instance, plugged directly into a cable or DSL modem and it worked fine, and now youve set up a wireless router and moved your computer across the house... it's possibl;e your computer is not getting a good connection. If multiple computers share the same connection through this router then they are all sharing the limited bandwith you get from your ISP. Try (if possible) moving the router (and or cable/dsl modem) closer to your PC and make sure other aren't online when you are.
