Question about BenQ PB8220 Multimedia Projector
Our Benq PB6200 appears to be stuck in blank mode. Projector appears to be turning on normally but, we never see the warm up Benq screen. The projected image is just gray like its in blank mode or the lens cap is on. Unable to get any menu items to come up. Tried swapping the bulb. Is there like a forced reset button or something? I have the same problem as MrCharisma95 except that mine shows the Benq warm up screen then stays blue, the lamp life timer will show and can be reset, but nothing else will work

it's not the lamp. if you've replaced the cords and still have the problem, reset the settings to factory default to make sure the resolution matches. if still not ok, there may be an issue with the main board.

SOURCE: cannot reset lamp counter on
Hi, I don't know if this is to late but oh well, hold down the exit button on the projector panel for 5 secs, and then press auto on the same panel after, this should reset the hours back to a lovely zero
