Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
My PC use windows XP professional edition full release, but later my "folder option"s gone i don't know why. Beside that the task manager have lost and every time i wanna use it (task Manager) it appear text box with "...can't use...by the administrator". Does anyone can help me to solve my problem or give me the anti virus for it? Thank You
Download and run this program in safemode (press F8) when the PC is booting.
From RRT website:
Removethe restrictions caused by malware even if the malware is alreadyactive, your computer must be CLEAN before using RRT. RRT is notprogrammed to heal your computer from any type of malware that isalready infected your computer. RRT is just a tool to remove themalware leftovers and is a DEFENDER against the future malware that mayinfect your computer through removable media in the future!
Also, download AVG or Avast - update database definitions and scan your PC in safemode.
Hope this helps.

It's not a virus. You're not signed in as the administrator. Change how you sign in or get the administrator's password.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
