is the CPU overheating, 90c it halts just before that all CPU slow down to save themselves from damage.
the heat sink must match the wattage of your CPU,
the fan on top must run and blow, or the CPU will overeheat.

your mobo only can run 3rd generation intel CPUs, like i5-3xxx

tell more get more, what OS, and what runs slow , name something please, and tell what heatsink fan you used.
the top processor needs at least 77watt fan/HS or it will overheat.

some ac units portable or other wise use a program where it starts on full cool and as the humidity is removed from the room the program changes to less cool or switches off for periods ( called comfort mode on some units and is used for sleeping where the room temp is maintained and does't get colder as the night goes on)
