Do you mean your duplex unit is not working on the right side of copier?If so, check your door interlock switch where the duplex unit closes up against the copier.If it is bent or not making contact the oper. panel will not let you select duplex.

Hi that normaly indicates the there is something wrong with the HDD. open the back of the machine and unplug the HDD. Swith the machine on. If it turns on the HDD is faulty. The machine will work without the HDD but you will not be able to use the doc server. To fix the HDD plug it in to a PC and initilize it. (right click my computer, manage, disk management, right click on drive, initilize. Put it back in the machine.) Should solve the problem.
This is a software performance error; However it is most often caused by a deteriorating drum unit. There is no exact solution, but 9 times out of 10, a new drum unit, and fresh developer will solve it. Outside of that, it is likely a board problem -possibly BICU

dear sir; the error code 320 on ricoh af 2027 it's means laser polygon motor problem, the laser unit right under the toner unit, litlle bit left. some error code can be reset why don't give them a try
1, power on the machine
2, press "clear mode"( has the c in a diamond), "107"then press and hold down "clear/stop" key
3,turn power off 10 second later back on.
I f reset doesn't work, you need to replace laser motor. thank you

Laser diode beam not positioned correctly. Turn the machine off and back on and see if it goes away. You can run sp 2109-3 or 2109-4 in the service mode to adjust the beam in service mode by pressing on the yellow button. pressing the 107 keys and holding down on the clear button.
