The tutorials in MS Flight Simulator X unexpectedly stop

MS Flight Simulator 2002 should be compatible with your 64 bit operating system.
It should, SHOULD, normally install.
If you have troubles running the program, I suggest right clicking on the shortcut and run it in XP SP2 compatibility mode. But, you shouldn't have to do that.

Look for Flight Simulator X Gold Edition. This includes the FSX program plus the Acceleration Expansion pack bundled together. This bundle has all the latest fixes and patches deployed by Microsoft incorporated into it as well.

For more detailed flight lessons, grab a flight simulator magazine subscription. One like Computer Pilot Magazine is dedicated to Flight Simulator X and other sims and regularly features detailed flight lessons etc.

My blackwidow joystick would not work in google earth, the sim would just crash. I tried a surgestion to remove the blackwidow software and just run it with the ms hid driver. It now works fine, even the throtle and rudder controls.
