Problem for Dell W1700 17 in. HDTV-Ready LCD Television
Dell 17" LCD TV takes a long time to come on 15 minutes or more

When I turn on my Dell LCD TV 17" it can take as much as 15 to 20 minutes to come on. Usually the sound begins to work in 12 to 15 minutes and then a couple of minutes later the video comes on. There is always a popping sound just before the sound and or video starts up. The length of time that it takes to start up is getting longer and longer. What can be replaced to fix this problem.
