You need to check
1) same color ink of the cartridge almost empty, change a new ink cartridge or refill the color ink (there is only one ink cartridge)
2) the cartridge ink channel dryer and constipated, take out the cartridge put the bottom surface touch down clean water (a little) 1 hr, then set back if the cartridge has enough ink.

you may try folllowing if solution #1 tough to do

    1) do clean nozzle cycle (do more times) until print normal

    2) clean the color ink cartridge wicks using soft paper, still not fixed go next

    3) clean print head nozzle area, power on and open top cover, the cartridge moving away the parking lot and then pull out power lead, and put a soft paper with a little solvent (making it quite damp, but not totally soaked)
on the parking lot (see the pump cap area with spongy pad covered in ink and match the lot size same), manually moving the carriage (slow and very careful) to the parking lot ( the paper will raise upto print head) to stay 10 minutes then gentlely

moving away the parking lot, you may look what color down to the paper, do same thing untill to see three color and black appear on the damped paper.

your printer printhead and inkjet cartridge is separated, change new ink cartridge still print trouble, you need do more clean your printhead:

    1) using the solvent(special for ink printer) drop down to printhead ink hole (take out ink cartridge there are 3 or 4 holes) then seat back ink cartridge,

    2) do again nozzle cycle solvent could melt dryed ink through the nozzle channels

How do I get color pics with my Fuji digital camera it only seems to do black and white how do I reset it to color

All cameras have a setting where you can play with the colors that the picture will be captured in.
Some offer the basic, color, B&W, sepia (reddish). Others, and I am willing to guess your Fuji since these cameras generally offer more settings.
check your manual and it can guide you on bringing those settings back to the normal colors.
Once you do find it, play with it so you will remember the setting location and even be able to enjoy some of the other options!
My preference is to always take pictures in color and modify with a software. Remember you can make a colored picture into other options, harder to make a B&W into color or other.

Olympus FE 330

Unfortunately the camera does not have a menu option to take images in black or white or sepia. You can take them in color and then using photo editing software modify the image to be monotone or sepia in color.

When printing B&W pics, prints in color instead (sepia)

The b&W option from the driver are only applicable to documents. If you wanted to print B&W picture, you need to set it on the program that you are printing from.

Photoshop: how do I turn a color pic to sepia and leave certain part in color?

well i can suggest a very simple solution for problem. Follow the video to create a sepia http://video.about.com/graphicssoft/Sepia-tone-look-in-photoshop.htm
after that merge all the layers. Now add the original picture in you work and place it at the back of the Sepia Layer. Carefully erase the flower in the Sepia Layer and as you do this the flower from the original picture will show its original colors.
