Question about Hobart Food Processors
I have what I believe to be a hobart meat slicer deli quality. The ID tag has been wiped slick. The only identifying numbers are what I believe to be the serial number which is 56820188. The blade is attached with three screws and has the following identification ''Germany Radura F2936 5-300-12-K. I need the sharpening device. Can you help? Thanks. Bill

You don't mount the blade inserts to the safety insert. The safety insert is only for storage so that someone doesn't cut themselves. Remove the safety insert then install your selected the blade/insert you wish. When finished place the safety insert back in for - safety.
