Question about HP Business Inkjet 1200dtn Printer
Paper jams and all lights go on and stay on. I remove the two-sided attachment on the back and remove the paper but it keeps happening. Is there a fix? Thanks.

Separate the Tray 2, on tray2, u would c couple of while rollers.. check how do they roll and clean for any dust.. While rolling if u feel any friction or any of the rollers broken.., then u need to replace tray 2.

Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Check the paper sensor has not come loose. Lift the lid, it is on the right hand side of the rollers with the red and blue wire. Press down lightly to make sure is hasn't come loose.
If not, reset the printer:
While the printer is on, press and hold the configuratuion button and press resume (paper feed) button 3 times.
Wait 20 second and press the power button.
Disconnect the power and wait 20 seconds.
Connect the power and switch the printer on.
