Question about Toshiba Satellite 1415-S173 Notebook
I use to be able to close my laptop while I was working on something and it would hibernate and when I opened it again it would resume to what I was doing. Now, it only goes to that page that says "resuming windows" with the strip at the bottom of the black screen and then it won't resume but it is on. I have to reboot the laptop all over by pressing the off/on button for 10 seconds and do a complete reboot and then it will prompt me to delete restoration and do restart or continue with restart, in which case if I do restart it won't continiue so I have to do the delete restoration to restart computer. Please help.
Ok this is a problem in your power management go to your power options screen and click on power management then click on the hibernation or sleep option and select never at the bottom of the screen apply the settings and restart your pc that should fix the problem
