Question about Epson Perfection 2400 Photo Flatbed Scanner
I have an Epson 2400 Photo scanner. It has been in a box for about 8 months without use. I just pulled it out to hook it up to my computer and it made a horrible, loud clicking sound and the red light is flashing. I've tried unplugging it and reloading software. Those strategies don't work. Any ideas?
Normally any new scanner fresh from the factory has a 'lock' which prevents damages due to transportation. Ensure it is unlocked.
