Question about IBM Lenovo ThinkCentre M55e PC Desktop
We were routinely using the install/uninstall feature
to uninstall a scanner giving us grief. We have done
this previously without incident. Upon re-start we get
the black Lenovo startup screen with the message
''system is starting'' for just a few seconds, then the
machine powers OFF. We are not computer experts
but have tried pressing Enter at the startup screen to
pause the startup then we get three selections: Esc
to resume normal startup, F1 to enter the BIOS, F12
to Choose a temporary startup device. We are
wandering through these options, nothing looks
awry, afraid to press anything. We have tried saving
settings, nothing. We have also tried restore
default settings. Nothing
Also, how can we find the familiar Start Computer in Safe
Mode screen? We are dead in the water, on a
schedule, hellllppppp Please please Thanks so

PS I do not know the exact model of our desktop
because I can't access it but the Machine
Model/Type is 8289G4M
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
