Hello - use this search engine in your browser www.google.co.uk , and put your camera make & model number followed by owner manual .. example - (canon P70 owner manual)
There are many sites which will offer for free of a small charge for older makes & models. -- Ray
do a "google.com" search .. Enter your camera brand and "support" and manual.. you should find a website from the manufacturer... look under support or "download" many companies will allow you to download a copy ...as well as drivers etc.. Then print yourself a fresh copy...
I searched 'sd600 manual' on that big online auction website and found it listed. I don't feel like giving them a free advertisement so Im not posting a link or saying their name... you know who it is.
You can also download the manual in PDF format directly from Canons website.
Locked as in how? Like, it won't let you take pictures? Or...? If it won't let you take pictures, then take out the memory card and look on its sides. There should be a small tab, near words that say "lock" with an arrow pointing down. Make sure the tab is up (not locked), stick it back in the camera and try again. Also about the book. There are online instruction manuals all over the internet. Check with Canon's website, or just google search for your camera's name and type followed by the words "online instruction manual". So the search would be this. "Canon Powershot SD110 / IXUS IIs Digital camera online instruction manual."
